What is KT board（PS foam board)? And its applications？

KT board（PS foam board) is a new type of advertising material made of PS particles through foaming to form board core and surface lamination. The board body is straight, light, not easy to deteriorate, and easy to process. The production process of KT board can be divided into cold lamination and hot lamination. The products produced by these two different processes are cold lamination and hot lamination boards.

Its application includes mounting, UV printing, screen printing, paint, modeling, and more. PS foam boards are usually used in advertising display and promotion, architectural decoration, culture and art, packaging, printing, etc. In terms of advertising, one is the mounting lining board for tradeshows, display, and announcement of product publicity information, and the other is widely used in one-time screen printing, which is especially suitable for large-scale unified publicity activities.

The standard colors of the KT board are white and black. In fact, they also have red, blue, yellow, green, and other colors. KT boards are available in a variety of sizes, including standard sheet size 1220x2440mm (48 “x96″）and standard thickness in 5mm or 10mm.
